After roughly around nine months of waiting and 24 hours of anxiety, the TI9 Battle Pass has finally arrived.
Once again, the TI9 Battle Pass will let Dota 2 fans from all over the world fund one of the world’s biggest spectacles in esports, and in exchange, they’ll receive exclusive in-game rewards and cosmetics, as well as find new ways to enjoy the game they have all come to love.
Last year, Dota 2 fans were able to help the TI prize pool set yet another record by reaching $25.5 million.
OG, last year’s victors, took home $11.2 million on their own, but every one of the seventeen other Dota 2 teams also got their slice of the pie.
What’s New in the TI9 Battle Pass?
As has been previously established, the TI9 Battle Pass will help fund the TI9 prize pool; 25% of all the sales related to the Battle Pass will go to the prize pool for the tournament in Shanghai this August.
Other inclusions in the TI9 Battle Pass worth mentioning include:
— Jungle Expedition
