Turner and IMG have just announced an all-new ELEAGUE Dota 2 feature-length series, which will premiere on August 4.

Titled “ELEAGUE | Road To The International Dota 2 Championships”, the new series will run for four one-hour long episodes.
TBS will air each episode every Friday of August starting on August 4.
There’s no word yet on how many teams or players in total they will feature in their new docuseries. However, their first preview video seems to focus on one of NA’s longtime veterans, compLexity Gaming’s Jimmy ‘DeMoN’ Ho.
According to the press release, the first two episodes will “focus on team life and drama as the best players in the world train for one of the most prestigious events in esports.” Meanwhile, the succeeding two episodes are set to explore the “teams’ experiences, triumphs and failures during the tournament itself.”
ELEAGUE first ventured in Esports via the CS: GO scene a year ago, broadcasting the game live on TBS in the United States. The move was a huge success right from the get-go. ELEAGUE then later went on to host 2017’s first CS: GO Major. the first CS: GO Major of 2017.
Since their initial venture, ELEAGUE has branched out to other Esports titles, including Street Fighter V and Injustice 2.
