CompLexity Gaming Sign FIFA Continental Cup Champion Joksan - Esportsranks
CompLexity Gaming Sign FIFA Continental Cup Champion Joksan

One of the most decorated players in FIFA 19, Joksan Redonda, has now officially signed with CompLexity Gaming.

The FIFA Continental Champion, along with popular FIFA YouTuber, Louis ‘AA9skillz‘ Machado, will serve as the founding members of compLexity Gaming’s FIFA division.

CompLexity Gaming made the acquisition official on Saturday.

The announcement comes months after the North American pro FIFA player split up with Epsilon Esports following him coming out to the public when his former organization failed to pay him, and Connor “Bigcat”, their dues for months. This prompted them to terminate their contracts and look for other organizations to sign with.

As a result of signing with CompLexity Gaming, Joksan will receive plenty of benefits in return. This includes his very own apartment in Frisco, Texas, complete with his own streaming setup, among others.

What’s Next for Joksan?

Because he is based out of North America, Joksan had relatively few signing options as far as organizations that already had their foot in the competitive FIFA scene. However, because of his pedigree and potential to achieve more, it was also only a matter of time before an organization decided to take the jump and sign Joksan as their first pro FIFA player.

That it was CompLexity Gaming that signed Joksan couldn’t have been more perfect.

CompLexity Gaming is easily one of the longest-standing esports organizations. To say that the team, which Jason ‘1‘ Lake founded way back in 2003 as a Counter-Strike 1.6 clan, is an iconic esports brand is only fitting. With Joksan in the fold, CompLexity Gaming will now have even more teams competing in various titles. This includes Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Dota 2, Call of Duty, and Rocket League, among others.

Dallas Cowboys owner, Jerry Jones, and his investment partner, John Goff, acquired CompLexity Gaming back in late 2017. Since then, the organization has aggressively expanded their reach and have moved out of their team house in Florida to Frisco, Texas. The team is also set to unveil their new headquarters sometime in late Spring of 2019.

With such a prestigious organization backing him, Joksan should only continue to flourish and improve.

Joksan is set to play at the FUT Champions Cup in April in London.

What do you think of Joksan’s decision to sign with CompLexity Gaming? Was it the best decision he could’ve made? What do you think he’ll achieve now that he’s got the support of a proper organization? Be sure to let us know your thoughts in the comments down below.
